Size Exchange

If a T-shirt doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size within 14 days of delivery or pickup. The item must come back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in its original packaging. You cover return shipping; we cover the replacement's outbound postage. Items received worn or without tags will be declined and sent back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us — we'll cover return shipping and send a correct replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under Serbian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance-sale purchase within 14 days, for any reason, without justification, and receive a full refund. Our advertised policy above covers size exchanges as the standard path — if you wish to exercise your full statutory withdrawal right instead, contact us and we will honor it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by bank transfer (since all current payment methods are cash-based) within 7 business days of us receiving and checking the returned item.
